For this project, I focused on creating a smooth and user-friendly hotel booking experience. From helping users explore options to completing a booking, I made sure the journey felt easy and intuitive.
I started with research—user surveys, competitive analysis, and testing. Key insights helped me define user pain points and goals, guiding the design process to focus on user expectations
